Board & Management Profile

	Tim Ellery – Chairman Tim has been involved in the hardware industry for 22 years and has been a director of Midstream Hardware for 17 years. He was Managing Director for 12 years and became the owner/operator of the business after buying out the other partners. Midstream Hardware was a foundation member of the Hardware 25 group and a foundation Member of the Makit Hardware group. Midstream Hardware is a Trade based hardware store located in Mandurah (70km from the Perth CBD) and supplies building materials and tools in a high growth area. Tim has also served on several promotion committees over the past 12 years.
	Graeme Norrish – Vice Chairman Graeme has 27 years experience in the Co-operative movement and Retailing, and was the General Manager of B.K.W. Co-operative Ltd for 20 years. B.K.W. Co-operative Ltd provided services to its community since 1921, and was a founding Member of CPS Ltd. Graeme is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
	Tom Wilson – Director Tom and wife Christine are the proprietor of T&C Supplies in Albany. Tom and Christine created the business in what was the outskirts of Albany 30 years ago in a small building adjacent to the family home. Over the years the business has multiplied in size and is now a primary provider of tools and industrial supplies to the south west of WA. Tom is experienced in developing successful businesses based on the principals of service and range. Tom has previously served on the CPS board as an observer and has also been a member of the MAKIT marketing committee.
	Chris Langslow – Director Chris has been the CEO of Denmark Co-operative since 2008, during which time its retail activities in hardware and rural supplies have grown strongly. Denmark Co-operative has been a member of CPS Ltd since its inception. Chris has 20 years of experience in the field of corporate advisory, structuring and capital raising, primarily through his first career in international investment banking in Europe, Asia and Australia.
	Stephen Wren – General Manager Stephen has extensive experience in retail and supply industries having worked in management for Foodland Associated Limited (FAL) and Goodman Fielder Pty Ltd in Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales. Within these and other businesses Stephen has strong experience in accounting, information technology and strategic business management. Stephen has also owned and operated several small businesses in WA and joined CPS after five years as General Manager of a large marine dealership. Stephen holds a MBA from the University of Western Australia.
